"I have endometriosis and have lived the majority of my life in pain, dreading my period, and planning around my period so that I can deal with my symptoms. After the first month of Wave Bye, I was shocked! I slept through the night, I didn't have any bloating, I had minimal cramps, I even wore jeans and went out of the house on day 2 of my period (my heaviest day) because my period was lighter and I wasn't afraid it would leak."

"I've never felt the need to take products for my period pain because it is relatively mild, so I was surprised by how much Wave Bye positively impacted my period experience. If I hadn't bled, I wouldn't have even known I was menstruating! I love that it's a natural and safe alternative to OTC pain medications, and made specifically for periods."

Impact of NSAIDs on cramps

NSAIDs (Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs) are a type of medicine used for pain and swelling. Period cramps are basically pain and swelling of the uterus -- which is likely why meclophenamate (an NSAID) improves cramp strength so much. (This was studied in 1987 and show in this graph.) Naproxen (Bye Bad Cramps) is an NSAID and produces similar effects on cramps...which is why Bye Bad Cramps is so effective.

Seriously life changing - I feel angry at the medical system (not at Wave Bye!) that this isn't a more widely known treatment for menstrual cramps and bleeding. Women and people who menstruate are always an after thought as far as their pain and something this simple proves it - if all menstruating people had access to this, it'd be no short of world-changing. All the time and pain and life people would get back! Wave Bye feels hugely empowering and I want everyone to have access and to educate themselves.

Shorter and lighter period overall and that was awesome! It’s probably the least painful period I’ve had in a decade.
