- Each box contains 30 packets of pills.

1) How do I use the medication?
- Take one packet every evening before bed.
2) What are the side effects?
- Side effects are rare and include nausea, constipation, diarrhea, headache and itching. If noted, please see a doctor.
3) What if I miss a dose?
- Because these are supplements, there is no harm in missing a dose. Do not double up if you miss a dose.
4) Will it change my period schedule?
- This product contains ingredients that promote cycle regularity. If your cycle is not consistent in length from month to month, you may notice some changes in your schedule as it becomes more regular.
5) What precautions should I follow?
- This product contains iron. Please discuss use with your doctor if you have a history of problems with iron supplements or if you have a history of bleeding issues including hemolytic anemia. If you are taking an antibiotic, please separate use by two hours.
- This product contains magnesium oxide. Please discuss use with your doctor if you are taking aspirin or a reflux medication.
